This policy applies to paid app analytics workshops, audits and consulting engagements purchased directly from Workspace ControlBase. Your signed proposal may contain specific terms; where it differs, that agreement controls.
Before work begins
You may cancel in writing before the agreed start date. Fees paid for work not yet started are eligible for a full refund, less non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed and approved in advance. Refund requests should be emailed to hello@workspacecontrolbase.digital with the project name and payment details.
Work already started
After work begins, completed discovery, analysis, workshops and prepared deliverables are non-refundable. We may issue a partial refund for the unused portion of prepaid services, calculated against completed work and committed time. Custom data preparation and approved purchased materials or third-party access are non-refundable.
Deposits
A proposal may require a deposit to reserve project capacity. A deposit is refundable when cancellation is received more than seven calendar days before the start date, except for approved costs already incurred. Within seven days, the deposit may be retained to cover reserved time, up to the actual reasonable loss.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Workshops may be rescheduled once without charge with at least two business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a reasonable rescheduling fee stated before confirmation. If attendees do not join within 20 minutes and provide no notice, the workshop is treated as delivered; we will still provide any prepared materials.
Our cancellation and exceptions
If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement date, we will refund the affected undelivered service in full. We consider documented emergencies and events outside reasonable control fairly and may waive fees or provide credit.
Processing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Financial institutions may take additional time to post them. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
